You’re the storyteller, the guide, the first smile guests see and the local expert they turn to when they want to know where the real Antwerp happens — especially in the creative, eclectic Zurenborg neighborhood we call home.

From the buzz of arrival to the heartfelt goodbye, you’ll be part of every step of the guest journey. You’ll help create a relaxed, welcoming space that feels less like a hotel and more like a friend’s (very stylish) home. Whether it’s recommending your favorite local café, solving a last-minute request, or sharing a laugh with a curious traveler — it’s all about making people feel seen, supported, and inspired.

What you’ll do

• Be the heart of the house: Welcome every guest with warmth, energy, and the genuine hospitality that defines Via Antwerp.

• Own the front desk: Manage check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest questions with confidence and a personal touch.

• Create meaningful moments: Engage with guests, share tips about the neighborhood, and help turn a good stay into a great one.

• Support daily operations: Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance to keep everything flowing seamlessly.

• Handle the little things that matter: Assist with luggage, organize transport, or help troubleshoot tech — always with a smile.

• Stay cool under pressure: Solve problems calmly and efficiently while keeping the guest experience front and center.

• Bring the vibe: Embody the Via spirit — stylish, approachable, curious, and deeply human.

You’ll be a great fit if you bring the below with you

• Experience in hospitality, tourism, or another guest-facing role — but your attitude is what matters most.

• A people-first mindset: You genuinely enjoy connecting with others and making someone’s day better.

• Local love: You know Antwerp (especially Zurenborg) like the back of your hand and love sharing hidden gems with guests.

• Great communication skills — in English and Dutch (extra languages? Even better).

• A team spirit and flexible mindset — you’re as comfortable jumping in to help as you are taking the lead.

• Familiarity with hotel tech and booking systems (like Mews or Opera) is a plus, but we’ll teach you what you don’t know.

• A curiosity for culture, design, and what makes a stay truly unforgettable.
