The role: Sales Manager

As Sales Manager, you’ll be a driving force behind our commercial success. With the hotel now open and buzzing, this is your opportunity to build on our foundation — expanding our reach, growing our client base, and filling our rooms, meeting spaces, and restaurant seats with the right people: guests who connect with what Via is all about.
This is a role for a go-getter who thrives on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and turning potential into revenue. You’ll work closely with the General Manager and marketing team to strengthen Via Antwerp’s position — not just as a hotel, but as one of the city’s most exciting destinations.
What you’ll do
Drive revenue growth: Develop and implement proactive sales strategies across rooms, meetings & events, and F&B.
Expand our network: Identify and secure partnerships with key accounts — from corporate clients to creative agencies, event organizers, and travel partners.
Be the face of Via Antwerp: Represent the hotel at trade shows, local events, and networking opportunities.
Manage the sales cycle: From prospecting and pitching to contract negotiation and account management.
Build community connections: Nurture relationships with local businesses, the travel trade, and influencers to keep Via Antwerp top of mind in the city and beyond.
Collaborate on campaigns: Work closely with marketing to align promotions, activations, and brand storytelling.
Track performance: Provide regular reporting and insights to the GM and ownership — monitoring sales activity, results, and market trends.
Job requirements
You’ll be a great fit if you bring the below with you
A proven track record in hospitality or lifestyle brand sales, ideally in a hotel or travel-related environment.
Strong network in Antwerp, Belgium, or the Benelux region (or a plan to build one fast).
Commercially driven with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Fluent in English and Dutch — other languages are a bonus.
Passionate about creative hospitality, local culture, and bringing fresh ideas to the table.
Excited to be part of a pre-opening team and help build something from scratch.
