At Via Antwerp, every corner of our hotel tells a story — and as Housekeeping Manager, you’ll be the one making sure that story is clean, crisp, and beautifully cared for. You'll lead the housekeeping team with heart and precision, ensuring our rooms and shared spaces reflect the vibrant energy and comfort that define our lifestyle experience.

With an eye for detail and a passion for high standards, you'll help create an environment that feels as good as it looks. From the freshly made beds to the final turn-down, your leadership will shape how guests feel the moment they walk into their room — relaxed, welcomed, and completely at home.

What you’ll do

• Build, train, and inspire the housekeeping team from day one.

• Oversee daily operations, schedules, and inspections with care and consistency.

• Ensure all rooms and public areas meet top cleanliness and presentation standards.

• Work closely with Front Office and Maintenance to keep the guest experience seamless.

• Manage inventory and supplies smartly and sustainably.

• Help implement systems and procedures as part of the hotel’s pre-opening phase.

• Lead by example, with a positive attitude and hands-on approach.

You’ll be a great fit if you bring the below with you

• Experienced in housekeeping leadership (2+ years in a similar role, ideally in a lifestyle hotel).

• Detail-driven and proud of creating beautifully kept spaces.

• A natural team leader who motivates, supports, and gets the best out of people.

• Calm and organized, even when the pressure is on.

• Fluent in English and Dutch (other languages are a plus).

• Excited by the challenge — and opportunity — of shaping a new hotel from the ground up.
