The role: Hotel Manager

As Hotel Manager at Via Antwerp, you’ll lead one of the city’s most exciting lifestyle hotels — a place where contemporary design, vibrant energy, and warm hospitality come together to connect travellers, creatives, professionals, and locals.

Working closely with the Food & Beverage, Rooms, and Experience teams, you’ll set the tone for service and culture, making sure guests feel truly at home from the moment they arrive until the moment they leave.

What you’ll do

• Lead with vision: Oversee hotel operations across all departments, driving consistency, efficiency, and service excellence.

• Inspire and develop the team: Recruit, train, and motivate staff, building a culture where people love to work and grow.

• Elevate the guest journey: Ensure that every touchpoint — from check-in to dining to check-out — is seamless, memorable, and full of authentic warmth.

• Drive performance: Manage budgets, resources, and P&L while maintaining the highest operational standards.

• Foster collaboration: Work closely with department heads to deliver a unified, world-class guest experience.

• Be an ambassador: Represent Via Antwerp in the community, build partnerships, and embody our values in every interaction.

You’ll be a great fit if you bring the below with you

• Proven experience (5+ years) in senior hotel management, ideally as Hotel Manager, Operations Manager, or Director of Rooms in a lifestyle or design-driven property.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills with a passion for building team culture.

• A guest-first mindset — warm, intuitive, and always anticipating needs.

• Deep knowledge of hotel operations, service standards, and revenue management.

• Financial acumen and experience managing budgets, P&L, and performance metrics.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.

• Fluent in English and Dutch (other languages are a plus).
